About this place
Picking up a tray inside Atelier Dasha, it is easy to get distracted by the sheer variety of savoury breads lining the shelves. The ever-popular curry bun is made with a remarkably thin dough that fries up crisp, generously filled with savoury beef for a thoroughly satisfying bite. Slices of pizza bread feature a delightfully chewy base rimmed by crisp, fragrant crusts. Alongside hearty options loaded with croquettes or fried chicken and chewy bacon épis, there is no shortage of substantial choices for lunch.
The daily loaves and sweet bakes are just as diverse. In addition to everyday sandwich loaves and brown-rice bread, the bakery turns out cylindrical "log bread" in maple and plain flavours, as well as raisin bread, offering the pleasure of encountering different fresh bakes depending on the day and hour. Alongside the bread trays, the custard pudding enjoys a loyal following for its firm texture and rich finish, making it a regular choice alongside pain au chocolat and other sweet treats for an afternoon snack or a small gift.
Located in Katsushika Ward's Minamimizumoto neighbourhood, close to Mizumoto Park, the shop features terrace seating where you can enjoy your purchase right away. On weekends, the doors open from 7:00, making it easy to pick up freshly baked rolls to accompany a morning stroll or a picnic in the park. Free parking is available on site, and payments can be settled with various QR-code and credit card options.
